DIY Baby/Toddler 2 for 1 Rainbow Activity
I'm so happy we were invited by a local Mommy and her family to be part of the movement, "!" (translates as Everything is going to be all right!).
I decided since I have an 18 month old that I'd make a stencil rainbow and thus create 2 versions at one time. The first version being the stencil and the cut outs became the second version. Easy peasy! This was fun and educational for her and therapeutic for me. Win! Win! Win!
This activity started from a collective of unity from around the globe to remind us that we are not alone and that this too shall pass.
The message in the group page reads:
Friends, old and new, neighbors and family I'd like to invite you to a collective action of hope inspired by the children of Italy.
The message is simple, non partisan and the symbol of that message familiar to every inhabitant of this great earth. Let's do something that unites us and reminds us that we are all in this together
"Andrà tutto bene", (Everything will be ok or Everything will be fine), is the message. The symbol is one of unity. Create your own rainbow, use whatever you have in your home, share it in your window, your garage, on your door, on the entrance of your business, in your car, anywhere and everywhere. Let's remind each other that as far as we are and feel from each other at this moment, that we are not alone.
